Mayor of Jericho Lawyer Hassan SALEH received German Delegation from Christian Democratic Party where he showed the delegation the importance of the city on geographical and historical fields and the preparations to celebrate Jericho 10.000.

In political aspect, mayor declared that Palestinian people aspire to live in peace and dignity and establishing Palestinian state with its capital Jerusalem referring that Israeli Policies aim to undermine any chance of peace condemning the recent annexation of Ibrahimi MASJID  to the Israeli Heritage as such event will drag the region to violence

Mayor praised the German- Palestinian relations and called for greater solidarity with Palestinian case and to stand against the Israeli Procedures in terms of separation the wall , settlements, and all types of occupation  as the stranglehold on Palestinian cities and doubling the number of unemployment  will not lead to security.
